摘　　要：采用国内新研制的HTT-Ⅱ型储罐底板漏磁检测系统,对不同厚度的标准板上不同大小的锥形、阶梯和通孔三种缺陷,分别进行正反面的对比检测,定性分析了不同缺陷信号的差异,为漏磁检测缺陷信号研究和实际检测工作提供参考。A group of steel plates with different thicknesses were tested with HTT-Ⅱ magnetic flux leakage testing system. The characteristics of the signals from the conic and step pits and the through holes of different sizes in the plates were analysed, especially the signals from the defects tested on the upsides and downsides of the plates, The testing results provided a good reference for the recognition of defects in research and practical inspection.
