益肾降脂片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：为了进一步确证益肾降脂片对慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效,对其进行了系统临床观察和动物实验。观察表明加用益肾降脂片组总有效率为88.9％,明显优于单纯西药组(P<0.5),BUN、Scr治疗组治疗后明显低于疗前,与对照组比较P<0.05,Hb、TC较疗前明显改善,优于对照组。动物实验结果显示益肾降脂片可使肾衰模型大鼠体重增加,血清中BUN、Scr水平明显下降,β_2-MG明显下降,与阳性对照组比较,无显著差异;使模型大鼠尿量明显减少,尿中BUN、Scr、β_2-mG及微白蛋白排泄减少,与阳性组比较P>0.05,毒性试验未见明显异常。由此证明益肾降脂片是一种有待开发的治疗慢性肾衰的中药制剂。A group of 72 patients with chronic renal faillure was treated with Yishenjangzhpian (a kind of mixed traditional Chinese herbs ), and the ones got obvious effect were 38. 9% and the total effect rate was 84- 7%. At the same time another group of 68 patients with chronic renal failure was treated with west medicine, and the ones got obvious effect were 26. 5% and the total effect rate was 54. 4%. The effecf rate of that group was significantly higher than that of this (control) group (P<0- 05). Animal experimental results showed thaf this mixture could improve renal function,decrease damage in gromerules,improve filtration function of gromerules and reabsorption function of uriniferous tubules,decrease elimination of protein>decrease volume of urine,improve concentrating function of the kidneys,and increase BW and decrease mortality in mice.
