摘　　要：信息化可以从产生农业递增效应、增添农业经济活力、优化农业资源配置、提高农业经营效益上促进县域农业竞争优势的形成。在我国,农业信息体系基本框架已初步形成,但还缺乏有效的信息资源共享机制,投入不足、信息采集区域小、整体服务水平不高。为此,必须正确把握县域农业信息化建设原则,充分发挥政府引导作用,加快信息基础设施现代化建设,全方位开发农业信息资源,加强机构与队伍建设,健全农业信息的双向反馈和发布制度,全面提升县域农业竞争优势。Information can help the form of county agricultural advantage from the angle ot increasing agricultural benefits, optimizing agricultural resources. In our country, we have formed the basic frame of agricultural information system. But we lack the share system and enough input and good service. Thus, we should make use of the function of ~,overnment. fasten information foundation construction and strengthen the feedback system.
