蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗不稳定心绞痛的疗效

摘　　要：选择同期入院的８０例不稳定心绞痛患者，随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）和在常规治疗基础上加用蝮蛇抗栓酶（治疗组）各４０例进行疗效对比观察。结果表明：治疗组不稳定心绞病痛临床疗效达７２．５％，与对照组疗效４５％比较，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；心绞痛缓解或消失平均时间，ＳＴ下移及Ｔ波例置回升作用均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗组治疗前后血液流变学参数比较显示：蝮蛇抗栓酶可改善不稳定心绞痛高粘高凝状态，有抗冠脉血栓形成，预防和减少急性心肌梗塞发生作用。蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗不稳定心绞痛简便，安全，疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。Eighty patients of unstable cardiodynia were divided into two groups at the same time in hhospital. Control group(N=40)treated by usual measure, Treatment group(N=40)treated by usual measure and plus Svate. Results demonstrated:The effective rate of treatment group was 72.5% and control group wes 45%(P<0.01);the average time of cardiodynia relaxed or disappeared,ST sagtment descended and T wage of fall reback ed much better in treatment group than those in control group The hemorheology svowde before and after treatment:Svate could change the state of hypercoagulable and hyperventilation in unstable cardiodynia, resist coronary thrombosis,prevent and decrease the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction. Svate is simple,safety, effect and worth wide using for treatment of unstable cardiodynia.
