摘　　要：推动和发展县域人身保险，解决占我国人口大多数的县域居民的生活保障问题，不仅是落实“以人为本”的科学发展观、构建和谐社会的要求，也是建设有中国特色保险业、实现保险业可持续发展的需要。如何在科学发展观的指导下，加快县域人身保险发展，更好地为和谐社会服务，值得我们研究和探讨。Developing county personal insurance and protecting livelihood of rural people is to implement the“people-focused” scientific concept of development and conforms to the requirement of constructing a harmonious society. It is also important for China to cultivate an insurance industry with its own characteristics and to maintain sustainable and continuous growth of the insurance industry. It is worth studying how we can accelerate development of county insurance and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society under the guidance of the scientific concept of development.
