摘 要:采用氟盐与过热铝反应,在不同的工艺条件下制取Al—Ti—B中间合金。从Ti、B的回收率、反应生成 物以及微观组织的角度,对盐的加入顺序、加入方式、作用时间、搅拌强度等因素做了定性分析,对一些出现的问题 分析了原因并提出了解决方案。结果表明,在制备Al—Ti—B中间合金过程中,K2TiF6与KBF4应当充分混合一并 加入铝液,并且采用铝箔包好分批加入,或平铺在坩埚底部将熔炼好的铝液冲入反应;反应过程中应根据不同工艺 合理控制反应时间,并尽量加强搅拌。本文还提出在定性分析的基础上对合金成分、反应温度、作用时间等重要因 素进行正交试验,并引入稀土元素制取Al—Ti—B—Re中间合金细化剂。Al- Ti-B master alloys were prepared by the reaction of complex halide salts with molten aluminum in different technological conditions. Qualitative investigation is undertaken for the effects of addition sequ. enee, addition method, interaction time and stirring intensity from the aspects including recovery rate of Ti and B, reaction products and microstructure, and some solutions to problems occur in practice is put forward. It is found that K2TiF6 and KBF4 must be mixed sufficiently and homogeneously before addition to aluminum melt. Complex halide should be added in batches with enclose aluminum foil, or laid uniformly at the bottom of preheating pouring box to react with pouring molten aluminum. According to characteristics of different processes, interaction time must controlled strictly and stirring intensity should be strengthened as possible. This paper also points out that with the introduction of rare earth, Al - Ti - B - Re master alloy grain refiners are manufactured based on orthogonal test against critical factors, such as composition, reaction temperature, melt treating time, etc.
