摘　　要：在电机铁芯卷绕制造技术中,成型模技术是关键,带状冲料经弯曲机构弯曲后的卷绕、压紧成型、焊接固定和成品的尺寸精度保证都在成型模上完成。根据电机铁芯卷绕制造技术的工艺要求,介绍了一种操作方便、耐用的成型模的设计,并介绍其工作原理和设计要点。The molding mould technology is the key of the convolute manufacture technology of motor iron core. The convolution, compaction and molding, jointing and rivet, and ensure of precision of finished product of coiled sheet after being bended are all accomplished on the molding mould. Based on the need of convolute manufacture technology, this paper designs a kind of molding mould, and introduces its principle and the kernel of the design.
