摘　　要：韩国首尔地铁是载客量居世界前列的地铁系统。自1974年8月15日1号线投入运营开始，首尔地铁由起初大约23万的日客流量，发展为拥有8条线、全长290多公里（位居世界第4位）年运送乘客22亿名（位居世界第3位）的四通八达的地铁网络，“上下班乘地铁周末休闲驾私车”成为了韩国首尔市市民典型的出行方式。The major concept of the operation will be of Safety, Reliability, Convenience and Profitability, The subway system is supervised under Board of Safety Control Committee （Chairman： CEO） based on System Safety Procedure. Reliability is the main key to conveniently use the system by the passengers. It is requested to meet Punctuality and Efficiency in order for pleasant use of the SML9. Clean and unified station environment will be established for passenger＇s safety and satisfaction and convenient operation. Efficient management system is provided to meet profitability during revenue operation and the subsidiary businesses.
