益智合剂治疗老年性痴呆的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：对益智合剂治疗老年性痴呆的疗效进行对比研究并探讨其作用机理。方法：采用单盲随机对照的方法。益智合剂治疗老年性痴呆患者（治疗组）38例，并与脑复康治疗者（对照组）30例进行疗效对比研究。结果：益智合剂能有效改善老年性痴呆患者的临床症状、神经心理学检查积分，疗效优于对照组（p〈0．01，p〈0．05），临床总疗效治疗组为86．84％，对照组为53．33％（p〈0．01），有显著性差异。结论：益智合剂能有效改善老年性痴呆患者的认知功能障碍，提高日常生活和社会活动能力．缓解临床症状，具有健脑益智的功效，疗效优于脑复康。Objeotive：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Aqua Yi Zhi in treating senile dementia and discuss it＇s mechanism.Methods：68 patients with senile dementia were divided into two groups randomly＇therapeutic group of 38 cases treated with Aqua Yi Zhi and the control group of 30 cases treated with Nao Fukang. contract the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups. Results： Aqua Yi Zhi can improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously and increase the integral in neurological examination. Aqua Yi Zhi was better than Nao Fukang in therapeutic efficacy （p〈0.01 ,p〈0.05）.The percentage of impoved pacient is 86.84% in the therapeutic group,53.33% in the control group, the diffenrence of which was significant. Conclusion： Aqua Yi Zhi can improve the ability in cognizance and in daily life, relieve clinical symptoms, which was better than Nao Fukang.
