摘　　要：目的：探讨胫后静脉一期动脉化治疗周围动脉广泛性闭塞性疾病的临床意义。方法：应用胫后静脉一期动脉化治疗周围动脉广泛性闭塞性疾病46例（56个肢体）。结果：术后患者疼痛症状消失、皮温升高。经观察3个月-15年，除4例（4个肢体）又分别行截肢及带蒂网膜移植术外，其余肢体治疗效果良好。结论：该方法具有手术一期完成、适应证广、对静脉回流影响小、缺血症状解除快等优点，具有一定的临床价值。Objeotive：：To investigate the effect of one stage arterialization of posterior tibial vein in the treatment of peripheral arterial extensive occlusive disease, Methods ： We applied one stage arterialization of posterior tibial yein to treat 46 cases （56 limbs） of peripheral arterial extensive occlusive disease. Results： After operation the patients＇s pain symptom has disappeared. Skin temperature has gone up.Follow-up observations from 3 months to 15 years showed two limbs were amputated and two limbs were operationed on with pedicale omental transfer and the result of other limbs were satisfactory. Conclusion： This operation technique has advantages of one-stage procedure, a number of indications, little influence to venous return and rapid relief of ischemic symptoms.
