丹仙康骨胶囊质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的建立丹仙康骨胶囊质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对丹仙康骨胶囊中所含淫羊藿、当归进行了定性 鉴别研究。采用高效液相色谱法测定丹仙康骨胶囊中丹参素钠的含量,色谱柱kromatosil C18(200 mm×5.0 mm, 5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(7:92．6:0．4),紫外检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,温度为 40℃。结果薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,斑点分离良好。丹仙康骨胶囊中丹参素HPLC测定样品平均回收率为 98．4％,RSD=1．5％(n=5)。结论所建立的方法可作为丹仙康骨胶囊的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To established the quality standard of Danxiankanggu capsules （DKC）. METHODS We established the method to identify Herba Epimedii, Radix Angelicae Sinennsis Dies in DKC by TLC, and an assay method for Danshensu contained in DKC. HPLC method was developed. The chromatographic column was KROMATOSIL C18 （200 mm×5.0 mm, 5μm） . The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-0.4% acetic acid glacial （7 ： 92.6 ： 0. 4）. The detective wavelength was 280 nm, and the flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1. RESULTS The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots clear and concentrated. The average recovery of Danshensu in DKC was 98. 4% with RSD of 1.5% （n=5） . CONCLUSIONS The method may be used for the quality standard of Danxiankanggu capsules.
