复方甘草甜素治疗病毒性乙型肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：观察复方甘草甜素治疗病毒性乙型肝炎疗效。采用复方甘草甜素注射液80ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液 250 ml,每日一次静滴,4周为一个疗程,共两个疗程。治疗病毒性乙型肝炎33例,对照组31例,采用丹参注射液加甘利欣注射液静滴8周。治疗组ALT、TBil下降幅度、复常例数,复常天数均优于对照组;治疗组总有效率90．9％, 对照组总有效率为68．2％;明显优于对照组,P<0．01及P<0．05。复方甘草甜素值得临床推广和应用。To observe the effect of stronger Neo - minophagen C in treatment of hepatitis B. Using stronger Nee - minophagen C 80ml in 5% GS 250ml in treatment hepatitis B in 33 cases for eight weeks. Danshen injection inflict Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection treatment in 31 other cases at same time, The ALT,TBI1 drop breadth,recovery cases,recovery rate in treatment group were better than that of control group. Total effective rate was 90.9% in treatment group. 68.2% in control group. Former was obvious better than latter. P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05, stronger Nco - minophagen C is worth boosting and using in clinical.
