摘　　要：评价脂微球载体前列腺素治疗急性戊型淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。52例患者随机分为脂微球载体前列腺素治疗组与对照组,疗程3周。治疗组在降低血清总胆红素、总胆汁酸、转氨酶等指标及总有效率、综合疗效等方面均优于对照组,差异有显著性。脂微球载体前列腺素是治疗急性戊型淤胆型肝炎有效、安全的药物。To evaluate the efficacy and safety of prostaglandin E1 for treatment of acute viral cholestatic hepatitis E. 52 cases of acute viral cholestatic hepatitis E patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 26） and the control group （n = 26） to receive Prostaglandin E1 for three weeks. The treatment group was superior significantly to the control group in the field of reduction of serum total bilimbin, the total bile acid and the transaminase; The improvement of symptom of hepatitis and the effective rates of the treatment group. Prostaglandin E1 is an effective and safe drug for treatment of acute viral cholestatic hepatitis E.
