摘 要:以富铝废渣为原料,利用新型分散剂制备出粒径小于100 nm的疏松无团聚氢氧化铝超细粉体。采用矿物改性活化富铝废渣中的A l2O3,消除阻止C2S晶相转变的干扰因素,实现了富铝废渣活化烧结料100%的自粉化,用8%碳酸钠溶液从自粉化料中以NaA lO2形式提取铝组分。试验研究了碳化过程中新型分散剂分子量、加入方式、加入量、铝酸钠溶液浓度对氢氧化铝超细粉体制备的影响,得出了最佳工艺参数。讨论了新型分散剂在制备氢氧化铝超细粉体过程中的分散机理。Loose and non - reunite ultra - fine powder of aluminum hydroxide with size less than 100um are prepared from rich -alumina residues by using a new dispersant. Here modification of mineral composition is adopted to activate A1203 in rich - alumina residues. Disturbing factors of crystal change of C2S are eliminated effectively and the complete self - pulverization of rich - alumina residues sinter is realized. Aluminum in the form of NaAlO2 is extracted from the activated stuff by using 8% sodium carbonate solution. It is studied in experiments that the effects of the dispersant 's molecular weight, adding method, amount and the concentration of sodium aluminate solution on the preparation of ultra - fine aluminum hydroxide and the best technique parameters are achieved. The dispersion mechanism of the new dispersant during the preparation process is also discussed.
