摘 要:在不同焙烧温度下制备了Hβ沸石样品,用XRD、NH3-TPD和FT-IR表征了样品的晶相、酸量及酸性,考察了β-甲基萘在样品上的催化性能。结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,样品的结晶度、酸量下降;样品对β-甲基萘的催化活性与酸量相对应,异构化选择性高于岐化选择性。反应温度400℃左右时,β-甲基萘在Hβ样品上有利于生成二甲基萘(DMN)。A series of Hβ - zeolite samples were prepared at different roasting temperatures. Their crystal phase, acid amount and acidity were characterized with XRD, IR and NH3 - TPD and the catalytic properties of β - MN on samples were observed. The results indicate that the crystallinity and the acid amount of samples decrease with the increasing of roasting temperature; the catalytic activity of β - MN on samples is relative to acid amount; and the selectivity of isomerization is higher than the selectivity of disproportionation; β - MN is easy to become DMN on Hβ samples at reaction temperature of 400℃.
