摘　　要：一次准确性(RFT)和即时化(JIT)生产是降低生产成本、提高生产效率、减少环境污染的有效措施。针对影响染色一次准确性和即时化生产的关键因素,如半制品质量、染料、设备以及小样仿色等,采用自动测色配色、配液、仿色系统,以更好地实现柔性化控制,满足高速、高效、低耗生产的需要。Aiming at key factors affecting right-first-time （RFT） dyeing and just-in-time （JIT） production, such as semi-products quality, dyes, equipments and color matching of sample, the technical reform was carried out. Color measurement and color matching as well as automatic dispensing devices were used to realize flexible and automatic control, and rapid, efficient and low consumption production.
