摘  要:对MAH、相容剂C官能化聚合物的作用机理以及作为反应型相容剂,对PC/ABS合金的相容改性和拉伸冲击性能进行了研究。结果表明,实验中应用的相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、马来酸酐接枝ABS和新型反应性相容剂均可以提高PC/ABS共混体系的相容性,但是马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯和马来酸酐接枝ABS的加入都不同程度地降低了合金的拉伸强度,而新型反应性相容剂不仅具有更好的增韧效果,同时还有增强作用。这种新型增容剂用量少,成本可以接受,为PC/ABS合金的性能提高提供一个较好的选择。On the basis of the mechanism of functional polymers of maleic anhydride (MAH) and compatibilizers C, the compatibilizing, tensile and impact property modifications of PC/ABS alloy by using MAH and compatibilizers C as reactive compatibilizers were studied. The results showed the use of PP-g-MAH, ABS-g-MAH or a new type of reactive compatibilizer could all improve the compatibility of PC/ABS alloy, but the tensile strength of the alloy was decreased to a certain extent as a result of the addition of PP-g-MAH and ABS-g-MAH, while the new reactive compatilizer had not only excellent effect on toughening, but also on tensile strength. The addition amount of the new compatilize was low, and the cost was acceptable, offering a good choice of the modification of PC/ABS alloy.
