摘  要:以POEgMAH为主增韧剂,环氧化聚合物为助增韧剂,同时加入复合型抗紫外光助剂,制备了耐候高强高韧PA66复合材料。结果表明:在PA66中添加POEgMAH,对PA66具有优异的增韧效果,但同时也使材料的压缩屈服强度大幅度降低。当POEgMAH的质量分数为20%时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度比纯PA66提高了近15倍,而压缩强度下降了40%以上。采用环氧化聚合物作为协同增韧剂,使PA66/POEgMAH复合材料在保持较高压缩屈服强度的基础上,同时又具有良好的耐冲击性能;通过添加复合型抗紫外光老化助剂,赋予了材料优异的抗紫外光老化性能。Weather-proof, high strength and high toughened PA66 composite was prepared with POE-g-MAH as main toughener, epoxidized polymer as auxiliary toughener and compounded UV resistant agents. The result showed that POE-g-MAH could endow PA66 with excellent impact strength and decrease the compression yield strength obviously. When the mass fraction of POE-g-MAH in the composite was 20 %, the impact strength of the composite was about 15 times higher than that of PA66 and the compression strength was 40 % of that of PA66. Epoxidized polymer had synergistic toughening effect when used with POE-g-MAH, made PA66/POE-g-MAH composite had high compression yield strength and better impact resistance. The addition of compounded UV resistant agent endowed the PA66 composite with excellent weather resistance.
