摘 要:为了研究工艺条件,如电解液中n(Ca)/n(P)、温度、pH值和电流密度对电沉积磷酸钙盐组分和结构的影响,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对涂层的组分和结构进行了分析。结果表明:当电解液中Ca(NO3)2浓度为0.042 mol/L,NH4H2PO4浓度为0.008 4~0.042 0 mol/L,pH=4.0~6.0,电流密度0.4~20.0 mA/cm2,温度0~90℃时,涂层的主要组分由CaHPO4.2H2O(DCPD),Ca8H2(PO4)6.5H2O(OCP)和Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2(HA)组成;随着温度、电流密度、pH值的提高和电解液中n(Ca)/n(P)的增大,涂层组分由较低n(Ca)/n(P)的DCPD向较高n(Ca)/n(P)的OCP和HA转变,HA沿(002)晶面择优生长;沉积工艺条件的提高对涂层的表面形貌影响较大。The effects of cation to anion concentration ratio n(Ca)/n(P) in the electrolyte solution,the current density,and the temperature and pH value of the electrolyte solution on the composition and structure of electrodeposited calcium phosphate coatings were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the compositions and structures of the electrodeposited calcium phosphate coatings were highly dependent on the plating parameters.The electrodeposited calcium phosphate coatings deposited at Ca(NO_(3))_(2) concentration of 0.042 mol/L,NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) concentration of 0.008 4~0.042 0 mol/L,pH value of 4.0~6.0,current density of 0.4~20.0 mA/cm^(2),and temperature of 0~90 ℃ consisted of CaHPO_(4)·2H_(2)O(DCPD),Ca_(8)H_(2)(PO_(4))_(6)·5H_(2)O(OCP),and Ca_(10)(PO_(4))_(6)(OH)_(2)(HA).The thermodynamically unstable DCPD transformed to more stable OCP and HA with increasing temperature,current density,pH value,and n(Ca)/n(P) in the electrolyte,which led to an increase of n(Ca)/n(P) in the coatings.Moreover,the crystalline HA coating preferentially oriented along the(002) plane.
