摘　　要：鲁尔是德国经济结构转型的典型。中国部分省市尤其是以煤钢为支柱产业的地区目前面临工业结构调整的问题。本文在比较分析中德经济结构异同的基础上,提出我们学习借鉴鲁尔经验的核心和要点。Ruhr,a model of economic structure adjustment in Germany has rich experience in the industry economic structure adjustment. Based on the common ground and difference between the economic structure adjustment of Germany and China, the article will show our ideas of how to study and use. Provinces of China concerned could strength the cooperation with the state in this field, as well as other fields like economy, culture, education and technology.
