摘　　要：设计了一套实时安全预警系统,主要包括调度员自定义预警规则库、后台实时监测程序、前 台预警程序和预警监测画面等部分。该系统易于调度员使用,能使调度员更加方便、直观地了解系 统的运行状况,及时采取正确措施,消除电网安全隐患。A real-time security early warning system is designed and developed to monitor power security, mainly including a dispatcher-defined early warning regulation database, a background real-time monitoring application and a foreground early warning application and early warning menu. The system is so easily used that dispatchers could monitor the system situation in a more convenient and intuitionistic way, thus adopt accurate measures and eliminate the hidden troubles in power systems timely.
