摘  要:黄曲霉不同抗性花生种皮存在显著差异,本试验选择经鉴定的高抗黄曲霉花生种质J11与高感种质金花1012为研究材料,以金花1012为对照利用基因芯片技术开展了抗病差异基因表达分析研究。试验共使用61078杂交探针组,结果表明,共有417个差异基因表达量上升,650个差异基因表达量下降。另外,获得抗Phytophathora Sojae真菌病害表达量上升差异基因4个,表达量下降差异基因49个。获得抗Heterodera Glycines Ichinohe真菌病害表达量上升差异基因4个,表达量下降差异基因25个。There were significant different in genes expression of peanut germ plasmas seed capsule with different resistance to A. flavus. High resistance, J-11, and high sensitive, Jinhua 1012. to A. flavus evaluated were selected, and genechip technology was used to carry out differential anti-fungus genes expression analysis. In this experiment, 61078 probe set was used and Jinhua 1012 were taken as CK. Re sults shbwed that there were 417 differential genes expressed increased, and 650 genes expressed decreased in seed capsule of J-11. In addition, compare with Jinhua 1012, there were 4 genes expressed increased, 49 genes expressed decreased resistance to Phytophthora Sojae in seed capsule of J-11. And, there were 4 genes expressed increased, 25 genes expressed decreased resistance to Heterodera glycines in seed capsule of J-11.
