摘 要:胚小叶外植体再生是进行花生外源基因遗传转化的重要途径之一。研究表明,品种对花生胚小叶外植体再生有较大影响,BA/NAA比值与愈伤组织诱导、芽再生数量及速度关系密切,发芽势强的花生品种宜用低BA/NAA比值的MS培养基,发芽势弱的品种则宜用高BA/NAA比值MS培养基。Explants regeneration of peanut cotyledon leaflets was one of the main method to carry out genes transformation and had many successful examples in former research. Research results showed that peanut varieties had obvious effect on leaflet regeneration. And BA/NAA ratio had important relationship with callus induction and induced buds number. Low BA/NAA ratio MS medium should be selected in cotyledon leaflets regeneration of high vigor peanut varieties, and high BA/NAA ratio MS medium should be selected in low vigor peanut varieties.
