摘 要:采用室温固相合成法制备了不同负载量的Co3O4/Al2O3系列催化剂,用X-射线衍射(XRD)技术对其物相结构进行了表征,并考察了负载量和焙烧温度对甲烷低温燃烧催化活性的影响.结果表明,该法制备的Co3O4/Al2O3系列催化剂具有较好的低温催化活性,且随Co3O4负载量的增加,催化剂的低温活性增强.综合考虑催化剂的催化活性和稳定性,400℃焙烧制备的Co3O4负载量为40%的Co3O4/Al2O3催化剂对甲烷低温催化燃烧有较好的催化性能.A series of Co3O4/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared via solid-state reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The catalytic performance of methane oxidation was studied in detail. The effects of amount of Co3O4 loading and calcination condition on catalytic performance for methane oxidation over these catalysts were investigated. The results show that the catalysts with higher C0304 contents have higher catalytic activity in methane low temperature combustion. The activity and stability studies show that the 40% Co3O4/Al2O3 prepared at 400℃ is found to be the best catalyst for methane low temperature combustion.
