Synthesis and Surface-Active Property of Bis-Quaternary Ammonium Salt-Sulfate Zwitterionic Gemini Surfactant

摘  要:用N,N-二甲基十二胺、环氧氯丙烷、盐酸(摩尔比为2:1:1)一锅煮的方法得到连接基上带有羟基的双季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂,然后与氯磺酸反应将其羟基硫酸化,再用NaOH中和制得白色粉末状的三头基双季铵盐-硫酸酯钠盐两性Gemini表面活性剂.后两步反应产物的总产率为78%,最终产物的熔点为231~233℃.合成产物的结构用元素分析、红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振等手段进行鉴定.经测定,在15℃时该两性Gemini表面活性剂的表面张力为34.5 mN/m,临界胶团浓度为7.2×10-5mol/L.N,N dimethyldodecylamine, hydrochloride and epichlohydrin (mole rate is 2:1:1) were used to synthesize his quaternary ammonium salt Gemini surfactant with a hydroxyl in its space group by a one-pot method. The hydroxyl was sulfonated by chlorosulfonic acid and then neutralized to afford bis-quaternary ammonium salt-sodium sulfate zwitterionic Gemini surfactant with three-head groups. The yield of the last two-step product is 78%, and the melting point of final product is 231-233℃. Its structure was characterized by IR(infrared spectrum), ^1H NMR(^1H nuclear magnetic resonance), MS(mass spectrum), and EA(elmements analysis). Surface-active property was investigated. Critical micelle concentration and surface tension of the novelzwitterionic Gemini surfactant in aqueous solution at 15℃ are 7.2×10^-5mol/ I., 34.5 mN/m respectively.
