摘　　要：记述中国片盾蚧属1新种——勐仑片盾蚧Parlatoriamenglunensis,sp.nov.。模式标本保存于西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆。In the present paper one new species of the genus Parlatoria from China is described. All the type specimens are deposited in the Entomological Museum of Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture ＆ Forestry. Parlatoria menglunensis, sp. nov. （Fig. 1） The new species is similar to Parlatoria pergandii Comstock, but can be distinguished from the latter by： 1） pygidium with 4 pairs of well-developed pygidial lobes; 2） pygidium with 30 dorsal macroducts; However, Parlatoria pergandii, 1） 3 pairs of well-developed pygidial lobes; 2） pygidium with 10-20 dorsal macroducts. Holotype：♀, Menglun County, Yunnan Province, 26-Ⅸ-1974, collected by YUAN Feng; Paratypes： 2 ♀♀, same data as the holotype.
