摘　　要：翻车机重牛推车器为卷扬传动设备,由于设备自身缺陷和工作环境原因:造成该套设备在使用过程中经常发生推车器钢绳断损事故,破坏了翻车机系统生产作业的连续性。提出对重牛推车器增加自制保护装置的改造,通过现场实施取得了良好的效果。KFJ -3A heavy power tip lorry＇s gone machine is a kind of reel - drivingequipment. Because of the equipment＇ s native limitation and the poor working environment, the machine＇ s steel ropes are often ruptured in the course of using. The accident destroys the continuity of tip lorry system＇ s working. This paper presents how to reconstruct this machine and introduce some home - made protector, which had a good effect.
