摘　　要：妇产科实习中的医患关系是影响妇产科实习效果的重要因素,如何正确处理这种关系是每个实习生必需面对的问题.从病人、实习生、带教教师三方面剖析了医患关系难处的原因并提出应对措施.One of the important factors to affect practical effects is how medical students can get along with their patients in clinical practice. In terms of interns, tutors and patients, the problems difficult to develop good relationship between patients and interns were analyzed, some possible solutions were put forward.
