摘 要:以优良玉米杂交种冀9962(6006×昌7-2)、冀玉988(6048×H21)、冀玉8号(冀257×冀161)为背景,为了提高制种质量和节约种子生产成本,以S组的S、M、R与21A及C组的Rb、Bb、Es雄性不育细胞质C(MS)为试材,分别完成了母本6006、冀257、6048同核异质体的转育,结果不育性稳定。通过对不育多胞质杂交种的研究,论证了多胞质雄性不育杂交种在生产上利用的可行性。父本昌7-2对CMS6006与父本H21对CMS6048均具恢复性,可采用恢复型生产杂交种子;父本冀161不具备对CMS冀257的恢复性,目前可采用掺和型生产杂交种子。The study was with the hybrids Ji9962(6006×Chang7-2), Jiyu998(6048×H21)and Jiyu8(Ji257×Ji161) as heredity backgrounds. The aim was to enhance maize germplasm and to reduce the costs of seed produce. The experiment was S, M, R and 21A of group S and Rb, Bb and Es CMS of group C as material. We accomplished transfer of the female parent 6006, Ji257 and 6048. The sterility is steady. The study argued that the utilization of CMS hybrids was feasible in practice. The male patent Chang7-2 could recover the restoring of CMS6006, H21 also recovered the restoring of CMS6048. So the recovering types were utilized to produce hybrids. The male parent Jil61 could not recover the restoring of CMS Ji257, at present we utilized mixed-type to produce hybrids.
