摘　　要：目的:探讨自体输血和异体输血对患者免疫功能和术后感染的影响。方法:复习关于自体输血和异体输血对手术病人免疫功能和术后感染方面的文献,并进行总结。结果:输血对免疫功能影响的研究,可指导临床医师更好更有效的用好血液,提高治疗水平。结论:异体输血对手术患者免疫功能抑制明显,且容易发生术后感染,而自体输血对手术患者免疫功能影响较小．术后感染发生率低。Objective：To inquire the effection of allo- blood transtusmn and autologous transtuslon on immune ruction and infection in surgical patient. Method： Reading the literature about allo - blood transfusion and autologous transfusion and then summarizing. Result： Research on immune function after blood transfusion would direct doctors to use blood better and improve the level of treatment. Conclusion ： Allo - blood transfusion contributes to immunosuppression and would be apt to infect. Effection of autologous transfusion on immune function smaller than allo- blood transfusion.
