摘 要:目的比较螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)和核磁共振血管成像(MRA)对椎动脉的显示情况。方法97例患者行椎动脉SCTA常规扫描并采用表面遮盖重建技术(SSD)、最大密度成像(MIP)、多角度标准多平面连续二维成像(RFMTSTND)后处理技术;128例患者行椎动脉MRA,采用三维时间飞跃Slinky技术扫描序列和MIP后处理技术,获得感兴趣区横断面的叠加图像及后处理的三维图像。结果两种方法椎动脉显示良好,多能达到诊断要求,SCTA迂曲和狭窄的显示比例为42.3%,MPA为43.8%,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论两种方法对椎动脉及血管形态的变化均显示良好,MRA则显示范围更全面,并能获得更多的相关信息。Objective To discuss the reasonable technique of scan and post-processing of spiral CT angiography (SCTA) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) of vertebralartery by comparison of the two methods. Methods Ninety-seven patients underwent SCTA routine scanning and post-processing technique including SSD, MIP, RFMT STNDT. Slinky techniques in 3D-TOF MRA and MIP post-processing techniques were applied in one hundred and twenty-eight patients, and then the overlapped images and post-processing 3D image of ROI were acquired. Results SCTA and MRA displayed vertebral arteries better and can meet the need of diagonosis. The percentage of circuity and local stenosis was 42.3 % in the SCTA and 43.8 % in the MRA respectively ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion With a suitable scanning and post-processing technique both methods axe useful in showing the vertebral artery and the morphologic change of the blood vessel. MRA shows a high value in evaluating vertebral artery more comprehensively which can offer more valuable information.
