摘　　要：介绍了图档管理系统的架构模式和几个主要功能模块的实现方法,提出了基于N层架构的程序开发模式,并用实例印证了各层的实现方法,进而推出了一套开发图档管理系统的整体解决方案。This paper discusses the structure model of a technical archives management system and the realization methods of some kernel functions in this system. A program development mode based on N-layer frame is advanced. The realization method of each layer is verified with instance. Finally, a set of whole solution to developing archives management system is summed up.
