摘　　要：酒泉地区结合本地实际进行了人口与计划生育综合改革,全区在稳定推行基本生育政策的同时,制定并落实一系列配套措施,效果明显。The area of Jiuquan has carried on comprehensive reform of population and family planning in accordance with actual situation of the area.
