摘  要:综述了国内外航空刹车用炭/炭复合材料坯体结构研究进展。国外主要生产炭/炭复合材料的厂家都拥有自己的坯体制备技术,在坯体结构设计时,除了考虑坯体结构的均匀性外,还根据刹车盘在具体使用过程中所面临的问题对坯体结构和制备工艺不断进行优化设计,并充分利用原材料,降低炭/炭复合材料的制造成本。我国炭/炭复合材料研究单位和生产厂家大都没有自己成熟的坯体制备技术,对坯体结构的研究较少,加强坯体制备技术和炭/炭复合材料研究的密切结合非常迫切。The advances in the study of perform structure of C/C composites for aircraft brake discs at home and abroad have been reviewed. The major producers of C/C composites in England, France, USA and Russia posses their own techniques for perform fabrication. Besides the uniformity of the performs, the full use of raw materials, the reduce of producing cost and the relationship between porous perform structure and densification or composite properties are considered in the design of the performs, so that the structure and fabricating techniques are optimized. However, the research units and producers in our country hardly have their own mature techniques for perform fabrication and pay less attention to the preform structure. It is urgent to strengthen the combination of the perform fabricating techniques with the study of C/C composites.
