摘　　要：本文分析了创建我国档案职业资格认证制度的内外环境,结合西方发达国家的档案职业资格认证活动,提出了创建我国档案职业资格认证体系的基本框架。在此基础上,探讨了基于档案职业资格认证制度的档案教育改革模式,认为中国档案教育未来的发展出路在于根据档案职业化的要求来总体规划档案教育的方案、课程设置,实施档案教育的精品化发展战略,着重提高档案学研究生教育水平。The authors analyze the interior and exterior environments for setting up archival professional certification system, and put forward a basic framework according to western archival professional certification experiences. The authors also probe into the reforming model of archival education based on archival professional certification system. The authors think that the future way for archival education, especially for those top rank universities, to go through is to carry out a special strategy to develop graduate education instead of paying more attention to undergraduate education.
