摘  要:通过对甲醇三塔精馏系统工作状态的分析以及计算机模拟计算,在加压塔回流比≥2.5和常压塔回流比≥2.0的条件下,两塔才能稳定运行;两塔负荷比为0.59~0.75时系统能耗最低;同时为降低能耗,在保持稳定生产、产品质量合格的基础上,应尽量将两塔回流比取得小一些.By an analysis of the working conditions of the system for methanol rectification with three towers and a computation with computer simulation, it is found that when the reflux ratio of the pressure tower is≥2.5 and that of the atmospheric tower≥2.0 , the two towers will then operate steadily ; when the load ratio of the two towers is 0. 59 - 0. 75, the energy consumption of the system is the lowest ; moreover, in order to reduce energy consumption, on the basis of keeping the production stable and the product quality up to grade, the reflux ratios of the two towers are to be taken as low as possible.
