摘　　要：在３８例心脏病患者中进行了超声心动图和心导管的同步检查，应用新型的声学定量技术和自制的压力—容量环（Ｐ－ＶＬ）软件程序同步输入左室容量和压力曲线并自动描绘左室Ｐ－ＶＬ。结果表明，Ｐ－ＶＬ可直观地显示不同类型心脏病患者的左室功能状态，所得定量数据可全面反映左室的收缩和舒张功能，这一方法简便准确、重复性好，明显优于以往的手工描绘，为临床应用Ｐ－ＶＬ研究左室功能开辟了新的途径。Todevelopanewmethodforautomaticalytracingleftventricularpressure-volumeloops(P-VLs),echocardiographyandleftheartcatheterizationwereperformedsimultaneouslyin38caseswithheartdiseases.Theleftventricularvolumecurvesdisplayedbyacousticquantificationtech-niqueandtheleftventricularpressurecurvesrecordedbycatheterizationwereinputedintoacomputersystemandP-VLswereautomaticalytracedbyaself-madesoftwareprogram.TheresultshowedthatP-VLsdepictspecificleftventricularfunctionalpaternsindiferentheartdiseasesandoffercomprehen-siveandaccuratequantificationoftheleftventricularsystolicanddiastolicfunction.Itisconcludedthatourmethodprovidesasimple,reproducibleandreliabletechniqueforautomaticalytracingP-VLsandhenceshouldfaciliatefurtherinvestigationoftheleftventricularfunctioninclinicalpractice.
