摘 要:用不同浓度的化学药剂分别处理龙胆草种子,在25℃条件下进行萌发.结果表明青霉素对龙胆草种子 的萌发有一定的促进作用,低浓度(200 mg/L)效果较佳;龙胆草种子中含有一定活性的内源抑制物质,对种子自 身萌发有明显抑制作用,用赤霉素浸种处理种子,可提高龙胆草种子的发芽率.随浓度升高,种子活力增大;氢氧 化钠对龙胆草种子萌发有抑制作用,发芽率降低;较高浓度的硝酸钾、较低浓度的氯化钙均能促进龙胆草种子的 萌发其发芽率、活力指数明显提高,平均发芽天数缩短.The different concentration of several chemical drug were used to deal with the seeds of Gentiana at 25℃, and the seeds germination were studied. The results showed Penicillin could promote their germination and the treatment of lower concentration (200mg/L) was more effective. The endogenous inhibitory substances existed in Gentiana scabra seeds, which significantly inhabit the germination of Gentiana scabra seeds. The seeds treated with GA could inhabit the germination. As the density rises, the seed vigor was increased. NaOH could inhabit the germination of the seed and decrease the germination rate. The higher concentration of KNO3, or the lower concentration of CaCl2(0.5%) could promote their germination. Their germination rate and Vigor index were significantly increased, and the germination days were shorted.
