渠县疾病监测点1990～1994年居民意外死亡分析

摘　　要：通过对渠县疾病监测点１９９０～１９９４年居民意外死亡资料分析，结果表明：该县五年意外死亡率为７５．６６／１０万；意外死亡的高峰日为７月３日；Ｆｕｌｆｉｌｍｅｎｔ指数以１～５岁最大，绝大部份年龄组男性高于女性，揭示意外死亡对１～５岁人群和对男性的危害较严重；最终死于意外死亡的概率除８５岁组外男性均高于女性，男性以１～５岁最大，女性以０～１岁最大。为意外死亡的预防和控制提供了科学依据。y analysis of data of residents accident death during 1990～1994 in disease monitored site in Quxian,the results showed:in recents 5 years,the accident death rate is 75 66/10 5;the peak day of accident death is July 3;the highest fulfillment index is in the group aged 1-5,the index in male group is higher than in female group in most ages groups,it indicete that accident death is an importent risk couse in males and ages 1-5 years; in all age groups except the group aged 85,the probability of eventually dying from accident in males is higher than in famales,the highest probability is in male group aged 1-5 and in female group aged 0-1. This study laid a scientific basis for prevention and control of the accident death.
