摘  要:本文提出微波高压消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中痕量铜、锌、铁和锰的方法.该方法检出限为1.0×10-9g/mL的Cu2+、Zn2+、Mn2+和5.0×10-9g/mL Fe3+.Mn2+、Fe3+Cu2+和Zn2+的含量分别在2.000~10.000、0.500~2.500、0.100~0.500和0.300~1.500μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数为0.9996~0.9999.此法用于茶叶中铜、锌、铁和锰含量的测定,结果令人满意.An advanced microwave sample digestion method is described for the determination trace elements of Cu , Zn, Fe, Mn in different part of the lentinus edodes and A-groeybe chaxingx sample by flame atomic absorption spectrometry to reveal the relation between the curative effect of tea-leaf and the trace elements. The linear dynamic range of this method is 2.000- 10.000, 0.500- 2.500, 0.100 ~ 0.500(Mn^2+, Fe^3+ Cu^2+) and 0.300 ~ 1.500(Zn^2+)μg/mL according to Beer Law with a detection limit (L.D.) of 1.0×10^9 (Cu^2+, Zn^2+, Mn^2+) and 5.0×10^9g/mL(Fe^3+), respectively.The proposed method was proved to the simple rapid,accurate and reliable had been applied to the analysis of the samples with satisfactory results.
