摘 要:本实验动态测定自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)不同时期下丘脑和血浆ET、CGRP含量的变化以及其局部脑缺血后不同时期的改变。结果发现,SHR3月龄和7月龄其下丘脑和血浆中的ET含量均明显高于同龄Wistar鼠(WR)(P<0.01),而CGRP含量均明显低于同龄WR(P<0.01)。局部脑缺血后24小时,无论SHR还是WR,其下丘脑和血浆ET和CGRP均比缺血前明显增高(均P<0.01)。缺血持续7天时,除SHR下丘脑和血浆ET水平仍保持高水平外,其余均恢复正常。结果提示。In this study, ET and CGRP levels in hypothalamus and plasma of SHR and which with focal cerebral ischemia were dynamic measured. The results showed that ET contents in hypothalamus and plasma of 3 months SHR and 7 months SHR were higher remarkably than that of Wistar rats(WR) with same age( P <0.01).The CGRP contents in hypothalamus and plasma of both age SHR were less than that of WR with same age( P <0.01).When focal cerebral ischemia for 24 hours in SHR and WR, both ET and CGRP contents in hypothalamus and plasma were increased remarkably than that of unischemic SHR and WR( P <0.01). When focal cerebral ischemia for 7 days, CGRP levels of SHR and WR were all recovered to the levels of unischemia,but the ET contents in both hypothalamus and plasma of SHR were still keep higher levels than that of unischemic SHR. The results suggested that high level ET contents and lower level CGRP contents of SHR may be play an important role in the forming, and development of hypertension.
