高血压患者心率变异性的临床观察

摘　　要：高血压患者心率变异性的临床观察任建英１徐尚忠１黄伟民１龙昌敏２梁一民３（１．上海市徐汇区中心医院心血管病研究室２０００３１２．上海市第六人民医院内科２００２３３３．上海万博高新技术中心２０００５２）ＣｌｉｎｉｃａｌＯｂｓｅｒｖａｔｉｏｎｏｆｔｈｅＨｅ...Aim\ To investigate the change of indices of the heart rate variability(HRV) in hypertension.\ Methods\ The time domain indices were:average value of RR period(RR); standard deviation of the mean value of RR period within 4 min sample segment(SDANN); coefficient of variation(CV); the mean value for the standard deviation of RR period during 4 min sample segment(SD);the standard deviation of SD(SDSD);the mean value of the square root for the difference of the two adjacent RR periods(rmSASD). The frequency domain indices were: high frequency(HF) 0 2￣0 3 Hz; middle frequency(MF) 0 1￣0 2 Hz; low frequency(LF) 0 025￣0 1 Hz); total power(TP) 0 016￣0 5 Hz; ratio of LF/HF(R). The hypertensive patients(n=93) were divided into two groups. Stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ group(n=69), stage Ⅲ group(n=24). Heathly volunteers(n=42) were observed as control.\ Results\ The SD, SDSD, SDANN, rmSASD in the patients were significantly lower than that in the control group. HRV parameters in Stage Ⅲ group were also lower than that patients in stage I and Ⅱ group. The frequency domain indices were not changed significantly.\ Conclusion\ The HRV in patients with essential hypertension was significantly reduced and the HRV analysis technique has a clinical useful value in hypertension.
