摘　　要：以CLC-DOS150nm×6.0m m(5μm)为分析柱,以乙腈-0.5%醋酸(15∶85)为流动相、体积流量为1.0mL/min、检测波长为276nm,采用外标法定量测定.结果表明,甘草苷ρ=3～27μg/mL,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9987);平均回收率为98.98%,R SD=0.55%(n=6).该方法简便、可靠、快速,重现性好,可作为复方甘草片中控制甘草苷质量分数的测定方法.A method for determination of liquirtin in compound licorice tablets by HPLC was established. Method： shim-pack CLC-Dos 150 nm × 6. 0 mm （5μm ） was used, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 5 % acetic acid （ 15 ： 85 ）. The detection wavelength was at 276 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results： the linear range was obtained between 3 - 27 μg/mL（ r = 0. 998 7） . The average recovery rate was 98.98%, respectively with corresponding RSD of 0. 55% （ n = 6）. Conclusions： this method is simple, convenient, and rapid and it is appropriate to control for determination of liquiritin in compound licorice tablets.
