摘  要:目的:探讨银杏叶提取物(Ginkgo biloba extract,GbE)对大鼠血浆胆固醇及脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法:20只大鼠随机分成2组,各组大鼠均灌胃给予胆固醇乳化剂,同时实验组给于银杏叶提取物制剂灌胃,对照组给予等量的生理盐水,连续4周。用酶法和TBA荧光测定法分别检测血清胆固醇和脂过氧化物的水平。结果:银杏叶提取物实验组血清脂过氧化物的水平显著降低,血清胆固醇水平也显著降低。结论:银杏叶提取物具有抗脂质过氧化损伤和降胆固醇的作用,对消除动脉粥样硬化危险因素有一定的作用。Objetive. To study the influences of ginkgo biloba extract on serum cholesterol and lipidperoxidation in rats. Methods: twenty rats were divided randomly into two groups, The rats with hypercholesterolemia and methionine load were fed with either ginkgo biloba extract as experimental groups or physiological saline as the control group for 4 weeks. The levels of plasma cholesterol and lipoperoxides were detected by enzymic method and TBA fluorometrylResults: The levels of lipoperoxides decreased significantly in experimental groups. The levels of cholesterol also decreased significantly in experimental groups. Conclusion: The ginkgo biloba extract can be play a certain role in resolusion of atherosclerosis risk factosr , and it may be favourable for preventing atherosclerosis initiation and development.
