鞍山市健康居民全血硒含量的测定

摘　　要：采用新极谱法测定鞍山市健康居民的全血样品硒含量。总计244例,血硒含量为142.6±50.3μg/L。男性127例,血硒含量为143.7±49.8μg/L,女性117例,血硒含量为141.5±51.0μg/L,AB型为144.2±52.7μg/L,A型为141.8±44.5μg/L,B型为143.6±52.8μg/L,O型为141.2±52.2μg/L。不同血型、性别血硒含量均没有显著差异(P>0.10)。Detetmination of selenium content in blood samples collected from the healthy residents in Anshan , by new polarographic analysis was conducted. There were 244 healthy persons investigated, with 127 males and 114 females respectively. The contents of blood selenium were 142.6 ± 50.3μg/L, with 143.7± 49.8 μg/L and 141.5 ±51.0μg/L for male and female respectively. 141.8 ± 44.5μg/L, 143.6 ± 52.8μg/L, 141.2 ± 52.2 μg/L, 144.2 ± 52.7 μg/L for different types. There were no obvious differences among the Se - contents of different types of blood and sex（ P 〉 0.10 ）.
