摘　　要：2004年9月,大唐托克托发电厂(托电)4号机组投入运行。根据稳定性要求,电力系统中的大型机组,特别是快速励磁系统机组,励磁控制的电力系统稳定器(PSS)必须投入,以提高电力系统阻尼低频振荡的能力。In September,2004, unit 4 in Tuoketuo Power Plant was put into operation. Based upon the requirements of the stable power system operation,for the large scale power units ,especially for the quick excitative power units ,the power system stabilizer （PSS） used for controlling the unit excitation must be put into operation,so as to increase the capability of preventing power system from low frequency oscillation.
