摘  要:少齿差行星减速器的支撑盘孔销式输出机构是制约减速器承载能力的主要环节之一,主要影响因素是销轴、销孔间接触强度、刚度及销轴的弯曲强度、刚度,而所涉及到的力学计算属于超静定问题。本文采用材料力学的方法和弹性力学有限元软件COSMOSDesignSTAR对销轴及其相关零件的强度和刚度进行分析,目的是找出提高减速器承载能力的途径。In planet--gear speed reducer in few teeth difference between the two meshed gears W--output mechanism with pin--holes confines their loaded ability to the lower level due to the Strength and stiffness. It might be the reason that the contact strength and stiffness between the pins and the pins hole are not high enough. The bending strength and stiffness of the pins are weak. The arithmetic to solve them belongs to statically indeterminate problem. The paper shows the analysis result of the strength and stiffness of the pins and other related parts respectively with mechanics of materials and finite element method so as to find out the way in which the loaded ability is to be enhanced.
