二氧化氯消毒粉的一元包装研究

摘　　要：目的研制使用和包装更为方便的一元包装ClO2消毒粉。方法设计正交试验优化消毒粉配方;按卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002年版要求进行了稳定性试验(加速试验法)、悬液定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验以及毒性试验。结果正交试验确定配制水对消毒粉没有影响,且筛选出亚氯酸钠与固体酸的最佳配比为1∶3,取10g配制的消毒粉溶解到20ml水中,充分溶解,约2min后,再加水稀释到500ml,5～10min后可使ClO2质量浓度达到272mg/L;该消毒粉于54℃存放14d后,平均ClO2下降率是5.03%;含100mg/LClO2质量浓度的溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌作用2min的平均杀灭对数值(KL)均>5.00;含100mg/LClO2质量浓度的溶液在模拟现场试验中对染于桌面的大肠埃希菌作用5min的KL>3.00。急性经口毒性试验合格,对家兔皮肤无刺激性,对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核的作用。结论该一元包装ClO2消毒粉能达到理想的杀菌效果。Objective To develop chlorine dioxide disinfection powder packed in single - ingredient that is more convenient for use and transportation. Methods Orthogonal experiment was adopt to improve disinfection powder. Stability test, suspension quantitative bactericidal test, simulation field trial and toxicity test were carried out according to Technical Standard for Disinfection, 2002 edition, Experimental Technical Standard, Ministry of Health, PRC. Results The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the type of water had no effect on disinfection powder and the best ratio of natrium chlorite to citric acid was 1 ： 3.10 gramme disinfection powder was fully dissolved in 20 milliliter water for 2 minutes, and then diluted by water to 500 milliliter; after 5 to 10 minutes, the concentration of chlorine dioxide could reach 272 mg/ L. After storing at 54 ℃ for 14 days, the average content of chlorine dioxide decreased by 5.03 %. In suspension quantitative bactericidal test, the average killing logarithm value （KL） of Staphylococcus aureus and that of Escherichia coli exposed to solution containing 100 mg/L chlorine dioxide for 2 minutes were over 5.00. In simulation field trial, the average KL of Escherichia coli exposed to solution containing 100mg/L chlorine dioxide for 5 minutes was over 3.00. The disinfection powder was non- toxic, non- irritative for rabbit skin and had no function of inducing micronucleus of polychromatic erythrocytes of mouse marrow. Conclusions The solid chlorine dioxide disinfection powder packed in single - ingredient has bactericidal function.
