摘　　要：介绍了电阻炉温度控制系统的硬件组成、温度信号的高精度转换及触发控制电路。该系统采用模糊控制和带Smith预估器的PID控制。用户可通过键盘设置温控曲线。The hardware composition, high precision conversion of temperature signal and the trigger control circuit for resistance furnace are introduced. In this system, fuzzy control and PID control with Smith Estimator have been adopted. The temperature control profiles can be set by the user through keyboard.
