摘　　要：光电探测器用于将光纤传输的光信号转变为电信号,是半导体光电子学的重 要器件。本文主要介绍几种异质结光电探测器的器件结构和工作原理,旨在探讨异质 结光电探测器的研究现状和发展趋势。Photodetectors are used to convert the light signals transmitted by optical fibers to electrical signals, and are the important devices for semiconductor optoelectronics. In order to find out the research actuality and the development trend, the structures and principles of heterojunction photodetectors are presented in this paper.
